On Sunday 14 April 2024 Cheshire County Badminton Association held the 2024 Baxter Trophy Competition (an inter-league tournament for moderate players). We are very excited to say that the Chester & District League were the winners.

Sunday 24 March – a great afternoon of badminton.

Thanks to everyone who took part and huge congratulations to Eros, the 2024 winners of the Capper Trophy.

Also thanks to Howard & Judi for making it happen and to Louise & Lyn for their work behind the scenes.

The winter season finishes at the end of March. For clubs that have confirmed they are running through the summer the relevant days and times are given on the Clubs page.

This year the AGM will be held on Wednesday 5 June in the Balcony Bar of the Cheshire County Sports Club.

The league needs a volunteer to collate/manage the score sheets associated with the men’s and ladies leagues.

Now that these have expanded to 24 teams, the work of dealing with incoming score sheets for all the leagues is too great for just one person. If you can help please contact Lyn , the League Match Secretary.
