The league needs a volunteer to collate/manage the score sheets associated with the men’s and ladies leagues next season.

Now that these have expanded to 24 teams, the work of dealing with incoming score sheets for all the divisions is too great for just one person. If you can help please contact Lyn , the League Match Secretary.

The winter season finished at the end of March. For clubs that have confirmed they are running through the summer the relevant days and times are given on the Clubs page.

This year the AGM will be held on Wednesday 5 June in the Balcony Bar of the Cheshire County Sports Club.

To honour the memory of, and contribution made by, the late Colin Copping to the league as former long-serving League Match Secretary, the Colin Copping Trophy is awarded to an individual who has made a significant contribution to their club, the league or both.

Nominations from registered clubs or individuals should be sent to the League Secretary to arrive by 22 May 2024. These nominations will be judged by the officers of the league and the award presented at the presentation night. (In the event of an officer of the league being nominated they will stand down from the judging).

Due to a mistake at the Rugby Club we have had to change the Presentation Night from 17 May to 7 JUN 2024.

On Sunday 14 April 2024 Cheshire County Badminton Association held the 2024 Baxter Trophy Competition (an inter-league tournament for moderate players). We are very excited to say that the Chester & District League were the winners.
